HOA Payment Options

If you do not have your monthly coupon booklet, you may mail your payment to the Management Agent. Payments should be made payable to Greenhills Condominium No. 1. You can mail the payment yourself, or set it up through your own bank's online bill pay system.

The Association offers a direct debit ACH program where your monthly assessment will be deducted from your checking or savings account on the 5th of each month. If you are interested in signing up, please see the Documents & Forms section of this website. 

Today every bank has a bill paying program where you can direct your bank to make a payment. The Association does not collect any additional charges for paying in this manner. Check with you bank to determine if this is a cost free service. The payment should be made to the address above.

You can pay your assessments online through the Association's bank. There is a small convenience fee for this option.

• Management company ID: ENTER HERE
• Association ID:  ENTER HERE
• Property Account number: Account # is the last 4 digits of your street address

Once Property Confirmation is Successful Select “Continue”

Finish Creating Account with: Username and Security Questions

Once Registration is Complete Select “Continue”

NOW Sign in using the Username and Password you just created.

Make “Onetime Payment or Schedule Payments”
